Our Requirements:

We are on the lookout for motivated and driven people who can work without supervision  and take initiative. The candidate has to fulfill the following criteria:

  • 5-7 years experience in a fast paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing  operational environment requiring improvement on continuous basis
  • Experience in handling partner ops, customer support ops or other roles in high-growth tech cos requiring improvements through process and product intervention a big plus
  • High ownership and proven history of delivering results while owning complex cross-functional launches partnering with central teams
  • Demonstrated ability building, managing and developing large high performance teams
  • Ability to influence, lead and present ideas via clear written and oral communication; emotional maturity and ability to remain calm and empathetic  under challenging environment all communications

About the role

The primary responsibility of the role is to interface with our 3PL vendors/ delivery  partners. The candidate is responsible for managing seller tickets and escalations and  ensuring timely resolution with the vendors. Some of the responsibilities would be as  follows- 

  • Hands-on problem solving and operations governance with an ability to work with data and create inferences
  • Working with multiple internal stakeholders to drive process efficiencies and continuous KPI improvements for operations
  • Partnering with technology and product teams and leveraging automation to drive efficiencies and solutions built for scale in operational processes
  • Monthly reconciliations and approvals of vendor billing; identifying pricing improvements as our business scales and leading commercial negotiations with vendors to improve profitability
  • Experience in defining, developing and using metrics to drive the vision and manage the business operations
  • Hiring, training and mentoring operations team and building mechanisms for continuous productivity improvement
