Will I get support from your team?

Yes. Every account is assigned a service manager. Our in app chat support lets you connect with us without any wait time

How are you different from other shipping platforms?

We are like an extension of your company. You just need to inform us about an order i.e. from pickup to delivery, we manage it all. This is all at a fixed rate card unlike other platforms

Can I negotiate my rates?

Everyone is onboarded on the standard rate card. However, if you ship more than 2000 shipments a month, you are eligible for a freight discount. To avail this discount, you can contact your service manager

How does the custom pricing plan work?

Basis the requirement, we custom develop features as well as the rate card for your account. However, this is available only for high volume shippers i.e. anyone shipping more than 5,000 shipments a month.
