How are you different from other shipping platforms?

We are like an extension of your company. You just need to inform us about an order i.e. from pickup to delivery, we manage it all. This is all at fixed rate card unlike other platforms

Can I negotiate my rates?

Everyone is onboarded on the standard rate card. However, if you ship more than 2000 shipments a month, you are eligible for a freight discount. To avail this discount, you can contant your service manager

How does the custom pricing plan work?

Basis the requirement, we custom develop features as well as the rate card for your account. However, this is available only for high volume shippers i.e. anyone shipping more than 5,000 shipments a month

How does the billing work?

Every account is signed up as a prepaid account wherein you can recharge the wallet to ship

How can I move to a postpaid billing setup?

Accounts who ship high volumes with us are eligible for postpaid billing

Do you integrate with sales channels like Shopify?

Yes. We are integrated with WooCommerce, Shopify and other platforms.
You can connect your channel through our integrations tab inside your dashboard
