COD collection fee

This is the fee assocaited with collection of cash at the time of delivery levied by courier partners.This fee is used to incentivise delivery executives to collect and safegaurd funds collected at the time of delviery and is also used to cover the charges incurred by courier partners in facilitating collection either via electronic means or hard cash, safegaurding these funds and processing them for remittance. 
